Have 9 years experience working on EPCI industry since 2013 with solid knowledge on structural analysis, heavy lifting operation, land transportation operation, and load-out/in operation.

I have been involved on jackets fabrication project (Max. 7500 MT), topsides fabrication project (Max. 3022 MT), Subsea module (Max. 725 MT). Having experience on skidding load-out, SPMT load-out, and lifting load-out.

Methods Engineer

  • Develop fabrication sequence for topsides, jackets, mini jackets, bridges, and vent boom structures

  • Develop fabrication layout design by considering working area, heavy equipment access, and access for lifting and transportation

  • Perform structural analysis

  • Organize engineering schedule to in-line with project's requirement

  • Develop deliverable list for Methods Engineering

  • Planning and control engineering man-hours

  • Design lifting aid (padeye, trunnion, spreader bar, etc)

  • Checking procedure, analysis, calculation and drawings before distributed internally and to client

  • Review vendor’s method statement for equipment installation

  • Develop weighing procedure and weighing report for topside modules

  • Liaise with Rigging Department and Construction Department to make sure operation can be safely done

  • Develop and prepare load-out area, final temporary supports (prior load-out) and procedures for jackets, topsides, mini jackets, and bridges.

  • Liaise with T&I contractors on develop load-out documents.

  • Design temporary support for jacket construction by considering with sequence, material availability, and easy to be fabricated.

  • Develop heavy lifting procedure include rigging design by considering structure integrity, crane minimum capacity, and yard soil bearing capacity.

  • Develop land transportation procedure with using 7 (seven) and 14 (fourteen) axles trailer by considering structure integrity, trailers capacity, ground slope, and soil bearing capacity.

  • Perform quay-wall strength check and proposing strengthening prior to load-out.

  • Develop and prepare loadout procedure for jackets (lifting).

  • Design final temporary support prior to load-out.

  • Develop safety emergency plan as part of load-out procedure.
